Full Body

This treatment calms your mind, relaxes your body and brings it back into balance. A 1 hour session (including a short consultation and 1 1/2 hours for your first visit)) is usually carried out with the recipient lying down, or sitting, in a comfortable and peaceful environment. There is no need to remove any clothing as Reiki energy passes easily through all materials, including plaster casts. The Practitioner places their hands gently on or over the body in multiple places; there is no massage or manipulation. Reiki may be experienced as a flow of energy, mild tingling, warmth, coolness, other sensations, or nothing at all.

Relaxation and Reiki

This treatment starts with relaxation techniques that you can practice with the Reiki practitioner and take away a leaflet for you to use what you have learnt at home. The second half of this session is an Energy Balance or Head and Shoulders Reiki treatment, whichever is most suitable from the discussion in the client consultation.

Head and Shoulders

Choose this treatment when you feel stressed due to a busy life and you feel tense or have lots of things on your mind. The Practitioner places their hands gently on or over the head and shoulders; there is no massage or manipulation. Areas treated include; 5 hand positions on the head, 1 at the base of the throat and up to 2 on the shoulders. This treatment typically lasts for 40 minutes including consultation time.

Energy Balance

Choose this service when you feel out of balance and low in energy. The Practitioner places their hands gently on or over the energy centers in the body; there is no massage or manipulation. Areas treated include; the crown of the head, forehead, base of the throat, heart, solar plexus, belly button and hips. This treatment typically lasts for 40 minutes including consultation time.

Reiki Care Plan

Reiki Care Plan is for those who are committed to their healing journey and appreciate the importance of a regular connection with our Reiki services, but want to spread the cost. If you are a new client to Brewood Reiki, you book a consultation ‘Reiki Care Plan Consultation’ service to complete the information forms and receive a mini Head and Shoulders Reiki treatment. Existing clients can have the standing order emailed to them. All clients can have their first treatment after paying their first 2 or 3 installments, depending on which Reiki Care Plan you have chosen. Reiki Distance Healing

This treatment is for those who cannot come into Brewood Reiki and works holistically on your whole body. Distant Reiki sessions work because energy is not limited by distance. Distance is only a physical limitation, so sessions can be done without clients being physically present. We are all connected, as we are all energy matter and part of a larger whole. This treatment lasts for approximately 40 minutes including consultation time.
