This service calms your mind, relaxes your body and brings it back into balance. A 1 hour session (including a short consultation and 1 1/2 hours for your first visit)). There is no need to remove any clothing as Reiki energy passes easily through all materials, including plaster casts. The Practitioner places their hands gently on or over the body in multiple places; there is no massage or manipulation.
This service starts with relaxation techniques that you can practice with the Reiki practitioner and receive a free audio download for you to use what you have learnt at home. The second half of this session is a shorter Reiki treatment.
Reiki Care Plan is for those who are committed to their healing journey and appreciate the importance of a regular connection with our Reiki services, but want to spread the cost. This service is for those who cannot come into Brewood Reiki and works holistically on your whole body. Distant Reiki sessions work because energy is not limited by distance. Distance is only a physical limitation, so sessions can be done without clients being physically present.
Embark on a journey of healing with our Reiki 1 Shoden Training. This entry-level course covers the basics of Reiki, including its history, principles, and practical applications. Participants will learn how to perform self-healing, as well as how to offer healing sessions to others. No prior experience required.
