My name is Vanessa and I am a Reiki Master specialist. Reiki was first offered to me by a friend, following a family bereavement.
The treatments helped me to live with my grief and eventually I returned to work and was able to function on a day to day basis.
But, I wanted to do more than just function, so I decided to study for Reiki level 1. This became a turning point for me, albeit a slow one, and over 3 years of self treating myself I became present in my own life and started to enjoy it again.
This was the beginning of my Reiki journey and I decided to study for my level 2, followed by Reiki Master level 3.
The effect Reiki had on me, made we want to share it with other people. I developed my experience of using Reiki, by giving complimentary treatments to my friends, family, colleagues and clients for 5 years, building up the experience of working with the Reiki energy.
I hold an enhanced DBS certificate, I am insured with Balens and registered with the UK Reiki Federation.
I live in Brewood and wanted a local base to work from to minimise travelling and support a local establishment. The therapy room I use is ideal, with a waiting room area and a consulting room fitted out with a therapy bed giving comfort to my clients and myself, in a calming and relaxing room. I am also a fully qualified meditation teacher and offer a dual treatment of Reiki and meditation techniques to help with relaxation between Reiki treatments. One to one meditation sessions are also available.
I have many years of experience treating adults with different issues and children specifically with anxiety in a secondary school, developing my practice so that my clients get the best treatment they deserve. I work intuitively with the reiki, tailoring an individuals treatment to suit their needs. I can offer you a range of treatments and services, that will leave you feeling deeply relaxed.
