When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress. We start with a weekly level 1 class of 6, 1 hour sessions to introduce you to the basics of meditation where you learn how to: - Create a suitable environment for meditating - Breath work - Focusing techniques to aid meditating - Grounding, giving you the ability to return to the present moment - Relaxation using breath work and visualisation - Guided meditation from the tutor Sessions are one to one at the Therapy Centre, 3 Church Road, Brewood, ST19 9BT A registration form will need to be completed.
